Comprehensive Home Visit; 2 hours
In your home. During the visit, I will;
- Examine you and your baby
- Assess latch and nursing/bottle feeding
- Explore likely reasons and solutions for the problems you may be experiencing
- Weigh your baby
- Breast pump teaching and flange fitting
- Work with you to create a care plan
- Send you and your baby’s pediatrician a report of the visit
Back to Work/School Visit; 1 hour
Telemedicine visit;
- Pump review
- Bottle feeding
- Storage of Expressed Breastmilk
- How to communicate with childcare providers and employers
- Tips and tools to help you maintain your breastfeeding goals
- If you need a flange fitting, please schedule a home visit
Prenatal Visit; 1 hour
Telemedicine visit;
- Review steps to establish breastfeeding and milk supply
- Review your medical history
- Answer your questions, nothing is off limits!
- Provide you with my favorite resources
Patients of Longwood Pediatrics
- In addition to the above visit types, you also have the option of a 30 minute Clinic Visit
- Visit is billed directly to your baby's insurance through Longwood Pediatrics
- Telemedicine visits are offered during the week
- In-person visits at Longwood Pediatrics are offered once a week

Payment and Fees
- Payment is due at the time of the visit
- Comprehensive Visit; $410
- Back to School/Work or Prenatal Visit; $280
- I will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to confirm reimbursement for a home or telemedicine visit by an IBCLC
- AETNA Members; I am in network with Aetna and will bill them directly, for you and your baby. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles or coinsurance charges, for you and/or your baby.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request that you give me 24 hours notice
